I’m a real estate industry veteran representing ORHP since 2003, so I understand your home warranty needs. When I’m not hard at work, I enjoy working out, golfing, hiking, and biking. American Home Shield offers the most comprehensive warranties in the Real Estate Industry to protect your buyers and sellers peace of mind and budgets. We offer three Buyer Plans for single family homes, condos/townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and mobile homes.  Plans for new construction are also available. Our Seller Coverage plan offers $1500 of coverage for HVAC (AC & Heat), Electrical, Plumbing, Water Heaters, Garage Door openers and more. Optional coverage for buyers  for pools, electronics, septic, well systems and more are available.
