PHOTOGRAPHERS

A basic real estate photography shoot from a professional photographer generally costs anywhere between $75.00 and $160 per shoot for photos only (no video).  Notice how we said “from a professional photographer.”  There are always new photographers who are willing to test the waters in real estate for $50 or so, but most real estate agents tire of the issues that come along with hiring someone who doesn't have good business processes in place–late delivery of photos, poor quality work, etc.
 

When excellent quality photos are required, you need a professional photo shoot of 20-40 interior and exterior photos of the property for homes up to 3000 sq. ft. We photograph 2-3 pictures of each bedroom, 1-2 of the bathrooms, and 3-5 of the living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens in the houses. What it comes down to is a 1,000 square foot home ends up with 15-25 pictures and 2,900 square foot home has more like 25-40 pictures.
